Why is it that throughout the complaints listed on here does everyone mention the fact that the office staff is rude' I can attest to that the people there are very condescending, very intolerant and rude.
2 years living here with no troubles with the exception of one (1) lost rent check of which I had to take it in the butt for.
Why does the upper mangement stand for the complaints about the front office'
The construction of the aprtments is below "luxury" standards. The crown molding stops before the corners and is not complete throughout the apartment the builder auctually painted an off color white on the walls to act as the rest of the crown molding, there are no carpet molds for where the carpet ends and the tile floor starts, sinks and countertops are of a cheap material, the sinks are awfull in the kichen don't even try to wash dishes as there is no room even for the dishs that a single person would generate making a standard dinner. The parking is the biggest drawback if you do not have a garage and a driveway you at the mercy of Battlefield Towing which are NAZIs to say the least. I observe the guy driving around all night and early morning hours looking to make the 150 dollar towing fee for hauling your car out, you won't even know it's gone till you try to find your car, the staff at the office have no concern what so ever for you and a situation that might cause you to have contact with them. No understanding what so ever. Best advice WORK HARD AT NOT HAVING TO HAVE AN ISSUE THAT MIGHT PUT YOU INTO CONTACT WITH THE OFFICE PEOPLE.
The rent is high for the area and if they could be held liable for the luxury staement I would be the first to file suit.
In summary not a bad place it is nice, be mindfull the office staff are not here to help you they do not care what your issue is, parking is in effect non-existent for visitors and YOU WILL BE TOWED ASAP.
Also people like to speed through the gates here as well as through the community, also certain people will drive their cars with the annoying bass rumbling.
Hope this helps prospective tenants and also look at the score for this place a 35 that should say everything. My experience here has been on the positive side just work hard at not having an issue that will put you in any way of having contact with the office folk.

I agree with everything in this post, except that I do not recommend the place. There are so many huge apartment complexes in the area. Read their reviews as well to make an informed decision.
- The bulk of the staff is unpleasant to work with
- The parking situation is awful
- There is nothing luxury about the living space nor the amenities
Mysteriously, my check was also lost. I had to speak with John Keyser, the accounts manager. He actually is a worthwhile employee that listens to what you say, and have the professional courtesy to work with you. I wish I could say the same about the other ones...

I guess I do not get a reply from the front office. Odd.
