Rude Staff and Incompetent but nice maintenance personnel. There are two of the staff members that should be fired and not be allowed to work with the public. 1 actually does not understand English so she cuts you off when she thinks she knows what your asking about and then argues and make nasty comments when you try to explain. The structure of the builds are horrible. They look nice but you can have in my instance, your upstairs neighbors living room above your bed room, and my kitchen and dining area is below another neighbors bathroom so when we are eating and they flush, we can hear it come down the pipes in the wall. Management will always help but compare to a funeral home attendant. All of the staff seem to be daytime vampires or something.

I had 3 incidents where the maintenance team entered my apartment for no reason or on dates other than what was preplanned. The main office must give out all of the keys to apartments that need to be repaired for the week and contractors come and go as they please. I don t know if this is a Toll Bros. issue or Dulles Greene. The place should be leveled, staff replaced if rebuilt and provide more training in the line of business with the maintenance staff. DO NOT RENT HERE.
