First of all, I am the person who wrote a previous review for these apartments regarding not being able to get our queen-sized boxspring up the stairs of our townhome-style apartment without damaging the walls.

We have recently moved from Dulles Greene and I couldn't be happier. The apartments were nice, but the help and attitude we received from MOST (not all) of the staff were not. We rented a U-Haul on a Tuesday so we could load and move out the following morning. I was almost 7 months pregnant at the time, so we were waiting for a friend to help my husband load the big things when he got off of work. Due to all the parking restrictions, my husband asked the leasing office about getting a parking pass. They informed him that he could not park the U-Haul overnight. I personally went to the office to find out the details and was then told we could not have the vehicle parked in the community unless the leasing office was open. (This was a Tuesday, so we were to move the U-Haul by 6:00.) I told them that made no sense whatsoever because there's no way to get everything done and I wasn't even happy about having to park our entire home's belongings outside the gate that we pay for. They said our only option was to extend our lease until we could acquire more help on the weekend...during business hours. I was infuriated, so I called Toll Brothers Corporate Headquarters in Pennsylvania. I spoke to the Property Manager's boss and he said they WERE NOT correct in what they told me. If you are moving in/out, take heed:

You cannot have the moving truck PARKED in the community after hours, but you MAY LOAD the truck during after hours. Once you're done (even for the day), the vehicle will need to be moved off the premise.

Just be glad that you're away from there. I'm doing the same very soon. I cannot stand the thought of paying what you pay there for rent, being treated like a criminal for shoddy apartments and an ignorant lying leasing staff.
