Dulles Greene had many property managers recently but the newest one is the rudest. She treats everyone like crap !
She doesn't like to deal with any issues that customers bring to her. My apartment has needed repairs for so long due to the rain. She kept telling me that she has to wait for an answer from a contractor. I asked the contractor and he told me that she doesn't want to do the job because it would cost to much.
If you ( the newest manager ) read my post, fix the attitude. We are sick of your fake and rude attitude. If you don't care to be here, why are you here? The last several managers were much nicer and they had much better personalities than you.
All of that being said, the rest of the staff is pretty decent. The young lady at the front was very nice and professional when I picked up my package.
