I agree with the post below. I moved into Dulles Greene almost two years ago and the past 6 months have been the worst ever! The only thing I don't agree with is maintenance. Every time I put a work order in they respond quickly. I also haven't had more then 3 or so the entire time I've been here. Maybe I just got lucky with my apartment! What I do agree with is the office staff! The entire time I lived here I saw the same faces and it seems everyone has left. The new manager is horrible! I had to sit and wait for over 10 minutes to get a package because she wouldn't come out of her office to help me. When I first moved in it seemed they had resident activities almost every month. I haven't seen anything except for the pool party in several months. It didn't even compare to the parties they had before. And the Saturday breakfast'!!' They used to have it EVERY weekend with tons of fresh fruit and bagels. Now you are lucky if you even get it. And I love the excuse they didn t receive the delivery . Give me a break! Don t advertise if you can t offer! It seems they are letting anyone move in these days! To the beat up cars and loud stereos! I checked the website and I can't believe how cheap the rents are! It looks like they can't keep the staff or the residents to stay at Dulles Greene! I can't WAIT to move out! It's worth the extra cost to move down the street to have great customer service.

I lived at Dulles Greene for 2 years and recently moved out. The staff are unprofessional and rude. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO LIVE THERE. My apartment size was large but, the apartments are no were near the luxuary living I paid for. My windows and doors leaked even after the maintenance crew put stripping in 2 times. John Keyser and Star are terrible. They need to find other jobs because they are a poor representation of Toll Brothers. Do waste your time or money living there!!!!!!!

Thank you all for sharing your experinces. I actually considered moving in. Now I think not. Ever since Dave the manager left I knew their ship would sink quickly. Not that the following comments mean anything but... BOOO ! Dulles green !!!

I am moving out of DG next month. The staff are the worse ever. Star is a complete incompetent, and cannot tell the truth. John Keyser, as the other person wrote, is horrible as well. He is very very rude on the phone and acts like the tenant is a criminal. I cannot believe their Corporate Office allows such crap to go on and treat the tenants, who pay their salaries, the way they do. Horrible place to live...
