If you are a person who constantly travels through Dulles this might be a good place for you. Other than that I would not suggest this location.
Parking is terrible. They only have so many visitor spots and residents park in them. Dulles Green also limits the number of parking passes a week and they are almost always out.
This property is terribly mismanaged. They know that the residents are frustrated with them so they are passive aggressive the second you walk into the offices. When we were looking into the apartments the management lied about things such as parking. Later when we asked about it we had no proof. Once there was a mistake on my check for rent so they taped it to my door and then called the wrong person to let me know. I found it hours later under someone's car! Also, when we moved in they tried to tell us that we could not have parking passes and that we would have to come in each week for a new pass.

The apartments are nice, but for just a little bit more you could live somewhere that can meet all your needs.
