Stupid dog barks early in the morning every day

No one does anything. The owner just let the dog barks, early in the morning (I mean 6:30). And all the morning throughout the weekend morning. As I am writing, that stupid dog has been barking for the last 75 minutes (now is 9am on a Saturday). This annoying noise pattern has been happening for the past SEVERAL months.

I don't see the dog nor know where the unit the dog resides. The owner did NOTHING, and simply an idiot with no courtesy or no control with the dog. I don't know if the neighbor complained since the dog is not in our building.

Management does nothing. The dog keeps barking EVERY early morning. No one does anything. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

My advise would be to take a walk and find out exactly what unit the dog's barking from, knock on the door and complain to the owner, then let the office know. I can't believe that you've been annoyed less long and done nothing.

"I don't see the dog nor know where the unit the dog resides." - i.e. you only hear the barking. Plus, I am not sure if you are a Dulles Greene resident, and if you are, you should know the building design (if you look at unit's window/balcony, you may not be able to deduct the exact unit to knock on a door). More history - I used to work early in the morning and left before the stupid dog started to bark, and recently changed my work schedule. I talked to neighbors who walk their dogs and they told me about the noise situation. If you cannot pinpoint the location of the unit, you cannot complain to the leasing office. The manamgent cannot send any warning notice to the resident. If I live next door to this neighbor with that un-disciplined dog, I would have complained to the leasing office the third morning I got woken up by the noise.

Hey there, I live in DG. I also have a dog and there is a dog under my unit that I can hear from time to time but nothing to the extent which you are stating. Here is my suggestion. Since all of the dogs at DG has to be registered with DG you can have the office folks talk to ALL of your neighbors in your building with dogs. You can also print a little be considerate of your neighbors flyer and stick it on their doors. That is something I am mindful of and my dog gets a popping when she barks unnecessarily.. lol.. goodluck
