THe previous post is dead on - the new manager is really turning things around. Not is she only smart, friendly and professional, she is getting staff that is also quality. No more blank stares from the office staff - and the maintenance issues are handled almost instantly. Things are REALLY looking up here.

this was obviusly posted by Kimberly, the property manager, who indeed thinks she is smart, friendly and professional, I am surprised she did not add that she enjoys long walks on the beach... Given there was a Swat Team at the complex today, I would say things are definitely not looking up! Until she took over I never had a problem with break ins, burglaries or swat teams. Well Done New Management!!!
