Moved out in May

I moved out because I bought a house. I had my final walkthrough and it was really quick. He noticed a couple spots on the carpet from my dog, which I was expecting to have to replace the carpet anyway.
I get a bill for just over $800 (carpet replacement/later water bill/$20 misc stuff) - $350 deposit. However, I looked at my lease papers and showed I paid a $250 pet DEPOSIT and a non refundable pet fee of $250. After I called, they immediately subtracted it from my money due, but I wonder how many people just pay it?
The whole moving out process was painless, but I know they made bank on the carpet replacement since they have rolls sitting in some shed/warehouse somewhere, and aren't paying anything to replace it.

The maintenance at Dulles Greene sucks. It doesn't help them that everything in the apartment breaks because they use cheap crap. It took them 10 days to fix my oven. It wasen't that they were waiting for a part, it took them that long just to come out to look at it. I had to call three times to get them out to fix it.

Wow, really? I had an issue with my toilet, and the day after I submitted my request they had fixed it. Sucks for you. Oh, and to the person who submitted this review, did they really lower your lease after you haggled with them? I tried that a year ago when it was time to renew and they told me that they don't negotiate. Maybe they've changed their policy?

Those are some pretty Ballsy comments but It is entirely possible for them to have rolls stored in a building somewhere on or off the site since Dulles Greene is owned by a large company with many matching apartment complexes in the area. When I moved in I told them I wanted to pay no more than $1200 and they wanted like $1400 so they gave me some discounts (which had to be paid back if I left early). They moved up one floor which lowered the price and i got employee discounts on my sec deposit for where I worked. It was all legit. So no. I'm not a liar and you are just a ------- troll. My new house which I own is also very clean. I must have been such a dirty person when My dog got sick while I was at work and I worked all night but could get the spot removed completely. Go ---- yourself.

Ballsy, perhaps, but I can back it up so...shut your mouth. Secondly, so now you are guessing they have carpet rolled up?...hmmm, that's a stretch from "
but I know they made bank on the carpet replacement since they have rolls sitting in some shed/warehouse somewhere, and aren't paying anything to replace it."
I enjoy outing liars like yourself, it's easy game. If you are feeling froggy and you want to tell me to "go ---- myself" in person, you know where I live. I would suggest that you don't but you are free to. Maybe we can meet at the free carpet warehouse. Idiot.

Nirvaeh, just so you know, Dulles Greene is owned by TOLL BROTHERS a luxury home builder. So what does this mean exactly?...The only other "apartment community" they own is in NJ. So next time do some research before spouting out some ignorant nonsense on things you are only guesstimating.
