I think Dulles Greene has come a far way since the new management has taken over. The property manager is awesome and has implemented events during the year for the residents and is always looking for new things for the community to participate it. The maintenance people are great because you can enter in your issues online and they come and fix it quickly and efficiently. The pool party in the summer was FANTASTIC! They gave away so many awesome prizes like giftcards, cleaning services, and many prizes it was definitely hands-down the best pool party ever!

The parking isn't the greatest but where is parking good in Fairfax county anyway' And as long as you have a pass, you're good to go.

They also have breakfast every Saturday morning at the clubhouse for residents and potential residents which is a really nice treat.

All in all I think the new staff is very friendly and willing to help out in any way possible. Remember, they are people to and have a job to do for Toll Brothers. I personally think it's been really good in the last year that I've been here. I would definitely recommend.

I agree one hundred percent! This was obviously posted by one of the 28 year-old property manager's "friends"! Please do not take this review into consideration when deciding where to live, unless your credit sucks and/or you have a criminal background. If that is the case then you will fit right in. I do not believe they are terribly selective!!! Since the "new management" has taken over htere have been a number of car AND apartment break-ins. My car being on of them! Do you think the new management cares? Nope! They would much prefer paying a towing company to take the cars of your guests than to hire any type of security.

Of course you wouldn't agree with the review since you're car was broken into but I'm sure it wasn't your fault at all and maybe in honesty, It wasn't. I never had any issues like that living here. If you're so unhappy, get out and good luck to wherever you move since you don't seem like a happy go lucky person. No apartment complex is anywhere near perfect, but this place is nice and doesn't deserve such a critical and negative review from either of you.

Dulles Greene doesn't pay towing companies to come and tow cars - that would be ridiculous. Towing companies understand the parking policy (not sure why guests have such a hard time understanding the parking policy) and come on their own will to tow cars. They're trying to make money, so of course they're going to go look for cars parked where they aren't supposed to be parked.
