The maintenance department is really great and always takes care of my maintenance issues. I really appreciate their dependability and that they care. My apartment is really large and spacious. I took a lot of time to decide which apartment I wanted and this one was the best. The staff took a lot of time to answer all of my questions in detail and I had a lot of them. I can still go into the office anytime and get the same customer service. I have lived at apartments where everyone was rude and here everyone on the staff is nice. The party's are great! There was a pool party and a holiday party. The staff served wine, beer, desserts, and finger foods. I also got to take some food home with me after the party. I know what people say about parking, but I have never had trouble finding a spot near my building. I guess I was smart and asked the right questions before I moved in.

You are correct Nirvaeh, This DG review was written by Kimberly Reddy,the Property Manager at the time (Heard she has recently been demoted but still working at DG). She instructed one of her employees to post this review. Attracting dedicated professionals to this Toll Brothers property has not been a problem but retaining them since Reddy became the Property Manager early last year has caused most of them to leave the company and find other jobs. This post had to be from the DG office. I called when my AC did not work and the after hours maintenance people told me that even though it was 90 degrees in my apt., they would not fix it unless I had children under the age of 2. I said I have 2 kids but they are under the age of 16, but the maintenance team would NOT come. SOO DG posts the good comments about themselves. The real comments are the ones that tell what a trashy gross place this is to live.
