Windsor Tows Residents Cars Out of their assigned parking spaces

There is a hugh "scam" going on at Windsor. Without reason or cause they Windsor authorizes Battlefield to tour the property several times a day and tow cars out of residents parking spaces. We haVe had to call the police to stop them.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES LIVE HERE. THE STAFF ARE TOTAL IDIOTS.
