My Fianc'e and I have been residents at Lionsgate since September 2002. We've had absolutely no problems this past year. Customer service is outstanding and you will always recieve prompt attention to any issue that arises. The landscaping is beautiful and always kept. Our neighbors are great and most importanly very friendly. We had to call maintenance in to fix our AC unit, it failed to work the other day. Well, it turns out the compressor was frozen and needed to be thawed out, so in the mean time so we wouldn't have an uncomfortable evening in the heat, an engineer put a window unit in our bedroom. We were floored at the effort to make us as comfortable as possible. We've lived at several other communities over the years and have paid alot of money for horrible services. We have nothing but great things to say about Lionsgate and the staff and would refer anyone to live there. You won't regret it and it will be money well spent.
