I am a resident at Lionsgate and have lived here for the last 3 years. When I first moved here, it was a nice, clean environment. People respected one anothers property and kept quiet during the proper hours. I am not to sure what has happened over the course of this year. The place is now becoming dirty. This is due to residents throwing their garbage in their hallways, throwing garbage in the driving areas, etc. However, garbage throwing is not my bigest concern. Recently, there has been numerous visits by police officers for drug activity. There are several units that have had to deal with their residents throwing parties, shooting craps in the hallways while they smoke their crack pipes, stumbling around drunk, and having numerous people from outside of the community come to the apartment to collect/buy their drugs. It is no surprise as to why I am writing this at 11:34pm. The Fairfax police officers just left. I am appalled that for $1500, I am subjected to people who are drug abusers, as well as, drug sellers. I believe that Windsor @ Lionsgate allows anyone to live here and does not screen their residents. There are units where people are renting out their rented places to others which is creating a numerous amount of people living in one unit. I am so disappointed in the Lionsgate Management and I am hoping that the new Town and Country that is coming in will do a better job at cleaning this place up with the selection of residents that they allow to occupy their units. My advice to those looking at possibly living here in the future: Do your research and ask around. If Town and Country hasn't made any changes, then go elsewhere where you can rest easy that your child won't happen to stumble upon any drug paraphernalia.
