I moved here a couple of days ago and thought I would share my initial thoughts so far. Keep in mind that I am a VERY critical person and don't sugar anything. My views may very well change in the future, but as of now, here they are. With that said:
- The management is awesome! Really nice and professional.
- Parking is mediocre, could be designed better, maybe the original property boundaries could have been larger. But as everyone knows, space is money'so why not cram as many buildings in as possible. The spaces need to have their numbers repainted. I also agree with a previous poster that the unmarked spaces need to be somehow pointed out that they are for resident overflow, not visitors. (So they don't get towed.)
- There needs to be more garbage collections points. Having to put it in my vehicle and drive it to the front of the compound each morning is going to get old really quick.
- The neighbors above are fairly noisy. You can tell they have kids, but so do I and I guess I can tolerate it more than others. But you can hear pretty much every moderate sounding thump. You can also tell when the parents are getting 'personal', but who doesn't'
- I had an air conditioning problem the first day in and management had the maintenance guys respond very quickly.
- They grounds are very well maintained and clean. There isn't a cluttered appearance like most apartments have.
- Best of all, there isn't the trash (ghetto dwellers) you'll find in other complexes. Most appear to be well kept and decent people. Maybe the higher rent prices are keeping the rift-raft out. Don't get me wrong, I sympathize with those who struggle financially and are good hard working people, but the ones who are plain trash I have zero compassion for. They (or their offspring) can somehow turn a place into a version of hell one way or another.

Over all I think the place is great and is going to be a nice place to live. I'll keep this board posted.
