We have lived here since May and are absolutely delighted with our townhouse rental w/one car garage. We had fresh paint and new carpet before we moved in and it really feels comfortable here.We can't hear anyone, only the garage door opener and that's understandable.Laura the Mgr. is extremely nice and has addressed all of our needs. The maintenance guys are very good. Juan comes usually the same day we call or by the next day and is very professional and knowledgeable about all facets of the apt...from plumbing,electricity,ceiling fans,garbage disposals etc. He is courteous and gets the job done.We have looked for a house but the high cost of homes has helped us to realize that we would be downsizing if we left here to pay more and have all the responsibility on us. We got a great move-in special and we just couldn't match that for a mortgage in this area. This area is convenient to everything and is this apt. is a great value. The only peeves we have are that there is only one trash compacter at the front of the property and the back gate doesn't always work, luckily there are two other entrances.We love walking around the community every evening after dinner. We've met very nice neighbors and their friendly dogs.With summer ants have shown up, but we bought baits and the exterminators are coming over Monday so that should be taken care of. We made a very good choice coming here. Even though all of our furniture didn't fit we feel comfortable and happy since we've been here. I'd definitely refer a friend here. Getting a townhouse was smart as we were able to keep the noise issue from a regular apt a non-issue and it's definitely worth the extra money.
