Noisy and Built Poorly

I've been living here for about 6 months now, and just about everything in the apartment has needed repair. The garbage disposal, AC unit and toilet were broken when we moved in. One day the ceiling was wet in most of the apartment from a plumbing leak in the apartment upstairs. The only good thing I have to say is that the maintenance staff is very quick to answer your call and fix the crap the builder has installed.
NOISE...This is the worse apartment that I've lived in for noise. You hear everything on all sides. If you want quiet, you'll have to find it elseware!
It's nice that they allow pets at an extra charge, but I guess no one here values the "shared land" because there are landmines on every inch! The grounds are decent, but walk on them at your own risk!
