Apartment was better when under old managment. Lights infrequently replaced in hallways. Heating system is hot water based. Make a choice do you want heat or hot water. Major hardware in need of replacement (hot water heater, AC/Heat, thermostat, faucets et all). Scheduled washer/dryer replacement never completed. The toilets are sized for a 6 year old and they have low-flow issues. Try adding blue dye in the water and see how many flushes it takes to clear.

The appearance is not bad, but the selection of tenants gives a feel of large scale section 8 housing. Reasoning: tenants moving in over last 6 months have attracted individuals who loiter in common stair areas that are frequently have a glassy empty look of alcohol and drug usage. Individuals are making regular stops in front of units and deliveries are being made (not food or legal consumables). Management is not interested in knowing about this and some members of staff are either actively participating or passively ignoring. The current manager, who happens to be female but just as well be a male corporate lackey takes the approach of "no one told me on every issue."

Parking is a pain in the arse. Management has a written policy stating those with garages are to park their car in the garage and any second car in the driveway. Instead, these individuals are allowed to park their vehicles in the few "VISITOR" spots. The only solution is to not have visitors or have a second vehicle. Beware, residents and visitors will park in your spot without hesitation.

The place was honestly not bad when I moved in. No problems until Sawyer bought the property. They lost good support staff and allowed incompitents to stay. If anyone is good and doing their job, Sawyer Holdings will probably get rid of them. They only want people who willing will not fix or repair anything.
