This place is awful. We'll start with the Property Management...which has turned over a total of 3 times within the past 3 years. The entire staff is useless. If you ever have a complaint or service issue, you will be better off and less stressed if you fix it yourself.

Then we get to the conditions of the property...which are incredibly poor considering the outside. Looks are deceiving with this place. HAVING TO SHUT OFF YOUR HEAT WHEN YOU TAKE A SHOWER''! Unacceptable! This is 2007! Another poster took note of this too, so be warned.

The parking situation is atrocious. My car got hit a total of THREE TIMES because the parking conditions are so cramped and there are no signs and no enforcement of parking regulations.

Then we get to the drug activity and quality of neighbors. I had 2 drug dealers living in my building at one time. Cops were around every other weekend. You'll see apartments with 5 people per apartment...Lots of parties and loud neighbors.

I have lived in this complex for 4 years and love it. I have never had to shut off my heat to take a warm shower. I've live in 2 different style apartments and never had any issues with the parking. Yes, if you have multiple visitors you may have to drive around to look for a spot but I opted for an apt. with a driveway so I don't have that problem. I've had one emergency service issue and the guy showed up within 10 minutes. Also, how does one know one is a drug dealer? That always makes me laugh. Maybe there were domestic issues...don't jump to conclusions....

Dear Hatecomplainers... Maybe you should open your eyes better. We have lived here for 4 years, we have to turn the heat off to take a hot shower. The heat is aquatherm, which means hot water is used to heat your apartment. Where does hot water come from your hotwater heater. Maybe you should pay more attention to your gas bill. When summer hits the drug dealers come out. I watch them every summer in the playground or in the gazebo smoking pot, crack. Some live here, the office has known about it, and some live accross the street in the townhomes. So before you make statements like that, check with the office first!!

Why live in an apartment community for 4 years when all its been for you is HELL ? If my neighbours were selling drugs, or using them and I witnessed it; I would CALL THE POLICE not sit and watch them from my window. Also, correct me if im wrong. People use drugs year round, or is it a seasonal habbit??? I had to laugh at that :-)
