This complex is great for feeling like you live in a smokey bar if you are so fortunate to have neighbors on any side that smoke. We often cannot even stand to occupy our own home when the smoke stench gets bad. It comes in through the vents AND through the kitchen and bathroom walls. Our linen closet smells so bad we cannot even use it. Management and maintenance have been rude and unhelpful in our many complaints and requests for help. Add to that our flooded lower level when a sprinkler pipe burst, a broken window from a vandal, having been blocked both in our garage and out of our driveway from others who feel entitled to our driveway parking space, and it has simply been a purely miserable experience. Maintenance is untimely and does a poor job and can be very rude. It looked beautiful when we visited, but since then has been everything but. Very anxious to get out.
