Yes, that's right, atrocious. Please do not be fooled by positive posts here...they are all planted by the property management, cause they know this place has gone down the tubes in a very bad way.
The Property staff are jerks...plain and simple. They will NOT help you or assist you and you will get much attitude with even a simple request.

This is the WORST place I have ever lived. Where shall I start...
The construction is well below average. It's like living in the ghetto. Paper thin walls, Siding coming off the buildings, bathrooms flooding regularly, pipes freezing from inadequate insulation, Roaches. You can't take a shower unless you shut off the heat''! Makes no sense at all. Power Lines painfully visible right on the property!!
And then we have a parking situation that they can't seem to manage either. My neighbors car was hit twice and another guy's car was mangled so bad they did 5000 worth of damage. The parking is NOT secure. The gate never works, and the layout of the parking lot just asks people to hit you or your car.
Take my advice. This place is horrible. Everyone is moving out FAST. Be wary of any "MOVE-IN SPECIALS" The word is spreading that this place is beyond repair.

I don't know what you are talking about!!!!! You need to get your head out of the gutter and look at the other apartments in the area. What do you expect? You are soo blessed to have a place as beautiful as this, with friendly helpful leasing staff. Why do you focus on the negative? YOU NEED TO STOP BEING SO DEPRESSING AND THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU SAY BEFORE YOU SAY IT!!!! YOU ARE ATROCIOUS It looks like YOU have a problem with your driving. If you would drive more carefully, I am sure that you wouldn't get hit. I will admit that the gate is doesn't work, but does it realy matter? When there is a will there is a way...if someone wants to get in..they will. The staff can't really help the fact, that there are stupid drivers(like yourself) who hit the gate and break it !!!!

Wow another testament to the staff...this response was written by a staff member...and this guy is right this is how they truly feel and what they want to be able to say to you but also need a job...that's sick...cowards! Your apartments are ghetto you morons...I know your corporate office reads this and that is why you are the ones posting anythig positive about this place..it SUCKS...
