I've lived at these apartments now for about three years and this is the worst it has ever been. Over the years, the service along with the ever changing management companies has gotten consistently worse. The conditions at Lionsgate are atrocious. Garbage builds up for days at the disposal, trash around the property is not picked up for weeks, you're lucky if maintenance responds to requests, the gates are either broken or are malfunctioning, the list can go on and on. The folks who I have living next to me begin their parties at around 1:00 am in the morning on M-F which I find interesting, but then again it speaks to the kind of folks now leasing here. So, if you are interested in getting your money's worth or living in true luxury, find another apartment complex.
