I've lived in Lionsgate for a year already and will be upgrading to a bigger place and renewing my lease. I love this area. Grounds are always well maintained, always quiet. My two dogs have plenty of places to play and walk too. Lots of visitor parking by my place and maintenance is great - I only had to call them twice for little things. People in the neighborhood are friendly and its nearby everything that I need. I'd stay here forever if I could buy it. No problems!
