Major Changes at Lionsgate

I have been renting at Lionsgate for 14 months and have watched the apartment community go from absolutely terrible to a place that I can now call home. The changes that the new management staff have put in place and their professional and personal appraoch to the job have transformed a once terrible rental community to one that is well managed and well maintained. I recently had my dishwasher replaced; the whole process took a few days. The previous management team took close to 4 weeks to do the same thing. Instead of having to make 7 phone calls and stop by 3 times to get this dishwasher replaced, i had but to stop by. They even called me to verify the work was complete! In fact, I have had many return phone calls recently about parking issues and other small matters. I even received a phone call from the leasing office after hours to address a parking issue. Bottom Line: The new management staff led my Monica is a tremendous breath of fresh air. The maintenance stff has been wonderful and the grounds maintained very well. I am happy to be living here and hope that the great customer service will continue.

i have called the leasing office many, many times and have NOT once gotten a call back...and i haven't even lived here a month yet! i think the person that wrote this comment works for lionsgate!
