I moved to lions gate more than two years back, the place seemed nice and the grounds kept well and I didnt have complaints. THEN.. things started getting worse.

1. Its called a gated community.. Gates never ever ever work!! But just in case they do... that is just fake!! Because.. anyone, I mean anyone can walk down from the roadside and knock your door. Because.. there is no fence or anything around. It is covered only from one of the sides out of 6. Its as if u have a gate but u dont have a wall !!!! If security is the concern.. dont come here.

2. Dirty Gym.. you can literally see the sweat and body salt there. There is a towel dispenser on the wall but that has been waiting for supplies for last 2 years that i know of. Gross!!! I dont use the gym for that reason. Sucks.

3. Have to wait for hours to play tennis. BECAUSE.. people from other complexes come and play there as if it is owned by them!! They dont rent lionsgate and are still are never noticed or told to leave.

4. They offer a carpet cleaning only if you renew the lease for 12 months and not otherwise. Unlike other complexes which offer a free carpet cleaning after you complete 1 year without any renewal.

Now the good points :

Grounds are maintained well
Parking spots are assigned appropriately.
Looks good (atleast the approach)
The floor plans are nice.

There is a lot which should be improved but I guess none in the management cares!!
