What a bunch of crooks. Two weeks after getting a signed off walk-through, we received a bill for over $1,000 for carpet replacement. They conveniently neglected to either A) give us our security deposit back upon move-out, or B) apply the security deposit to the carpet bill.

Absolutely abhorrent management and customer service. This was the worst place I have ever lived. Thankfully we now own a home and will hopefully never have to deal with crooks like these again.

Speaking of crooks, my husband returned from a trip to find his door to his apartment half bashed in. Someone tried to break in with a crow bar. Cops came said very common in the area/complex ect.. nice to know. Also said they usually come back and they don't care if you are home or not.... NICE TO KNOW. Maybe if the security gates ever worked it would help!

Security is a huge issue at this complex. I totally agree with your assessment of the management.
