This place sucks i have friends who came to visit with only 6 visitor parking and all taking up. Since i've been here only 3 months I paid over 700$ for TOWING...They will tow your car and Lions gate is part of the scheme. Plus the Amenities sucks here. They advertise that it's good....here's the truth...Basketball court with no rims....it's just a hard surface waste of space. The fitness room....equipment sucks it's old and useless. The leasing office people sucks my left nuts. Maintennace here forget about it..they can't put up a light bulb. Stay away from this place......way. I definitely didn't not get what i paid for and i'm paying $1800 in rent and gettting ----. Yes i found roaches in the apartment.....I have not been here no more than 4 months and i'm trying to get out of this ---- hole

I think management took the rims down because cars were getting smashed up. There really needs to be a high fence around the court. It's not anyone's fault who plays on it that the ball bounces higher than three feet. Taking the rims down to protect the cars is fine, but it's no longer a basketball court, thus not an amenity. And to the guy above. It's "GHETTO"!!! How can anyone take that guy seriously. With that kind of attitude, it sounds like he's part of the problem.

I am sorry,but you are way too negative! This place is awesome! REALLY! If you don't like renting then buy a house- oh wait! If you are renting that probably means you CAN'T buy your own place! You would think after your car got towed once, you would have learned your lesson, but obviously you are thick headed and don't learn from your mistakes!

Ok, anything posted positive about this place is obviously planted by the management staff. This is a soundboard for renters to vent. Plain and simple. No problems, no posts. Simple as that. Keep this in mind people, when you read people "gushing" over this place. It's "ok" but certainly nothing to gush about!
