I can honestly say that we have not had many problems here. If you know how to negotiate, you really can get alot for your money. Management is as nice to you as you are to them. We have always given and recieved respect from the employees. I really wish that Management would spend less time combating bad reviews, and writing fake ones on here, and focus on fixing the complaints that are consistant among the posts.
1. The gate-It's worked about a week total since we moved here. Why spend money on it at all' Pass that savings on to the tenants. It's only protected from two sides anyway. I wouldn't consider it a "Gated Community".
2. Non-Tenants using the tennis courts, and never going away-Who the hell are these people' We've all complained about them. Surely they can put a card reader on the door to the tennis courts. Thay could do this with the money they would save by not fixing the gate.
3. Inconsistancy on policy-I know of people who have been towed from unmarked spots, which is a direct violation of the lease which states that you can only be towed from marked spots ("NO PARKING", "FUTURE RESIDENTS".etc.). However, a Mexirican low-rider truck sat up on cinderblocks for weeks which is supposed to be a cosmetic blight according to the lease, causing immediate grounds for towing.
4. Garbage Disposal-It breaks, it overflows, people dump all kinds of nastiness there that are not to be left there according to the lease. But everyday, you see a couch, or a nasty old bed, or something else ridiculous sitting there. Put up a security camera and nail these people. Once again, use some former gate money.
5. The Clubhouse-More of a complaint of my own. What is the point of having a clubhouse with big comfy couches, a large flat-screen television, and a kitchen, if it closes to tenants before anyone gets home from work.
All of this stuff is more of an annoyance than anything. We like it here, and will be renewing our lease when the time comes. It's just frustrating seeing how Management spends their time. We like all of them, and know they could really do alot to address these issues. I hope they get around to it.

I'm the one that posted the previous review and I agree with this one for the most part. As for the management treating you as well as you treat them, that may go for you, but not for us. We have been nothing but nice and patient with them and we still get put on the backburner and treated with attitudes, rolling eyes, or no response until we contact them again and again. We're fed up with their rudness and laziness and if it wasn't for that then we would stay in the community, but because of that we're choosing to leave. I'm not saying every place doesn't have it's dissadvantages, but having a good management team does make the community more pleasant and issues resolved efficiently.
