What they sell you to get in this place is not what your going to get, it's not a gated community lie #1, no basketball courts lie #2 they took down the nets because the ball was hitting peoples car. Well the genius who thought of putting up those extremely low gates that surround the court didn't think ahead now did they, thats the stupidest thing I've ever seen. Instead of investing money in putting up higher gates they take down the nets. They dont care to invest in the up keep of the property they rather just take everything down, to make it the most cheapest run down place ever. The gates don't work so instead of trying to fix them they take them down. The interior of the apartments are so cheaply done, I don't know why you even have walls up at all everyone mine as well be living in the same space. Parking is horrible, and don't plan on having any vistors because usually there is never any spots available for them to park. The residents park in the vistors spaces, or have people that are living in the apartments that are not on the lease parking the vistors spaces for days. There is dog cramp everywhere in the community which hardly ever gets pick up, and managment is just horrible. There is nothing but college students in there running the place and you can tell it, no professionalism, they act as if it's your fault or problem, very nasty and childish in the way they handle situations. When our lease is up we will not renew, if we could out any sooner we would.

Absolutely on the mark. Entire staff is so clueless. Whenever you go in with a problem, they will say "we will call you back", but not once did I get a call back. Its your responsibility to keep reminding them again and again. Parking is horrible. The towing company is practically making its living on this property alone. Isn't the management supposed to be on the residents side? They set it up very well for the towing company. Trash situation is atrocious. They know the existing system is not working but will not change it. The trash fills up every week and very soon this property will have big pest problems. As the review said, management is not taking care of the property. Used to be a beautiful property. Now its a cheap run down place.
