My wife & I have been living at Lionsgate for two years now and have never had a problem with anything. Everything (Pool, exercise room, computers, appliances, architecture, etc.) still feels like new.

All the people living here are great. No one makes too much noise, and everyone is respectible towards one another. Residents often smile and say hello to one another.

The management and supporting staff here are great as well. We ran into some unexpected expenses for a few months and fell behind with our lease. The staff a Lionsgate were willing to work with us through our difficulties until we caught up. Their team was very helpful and sincere. You can tell they're not just there to collect rent.

I'd highly recommend the Lionsgate community to anyone who's in the market.
