On Par with others in the area

They offered a nice incentive for government employees. The apartments are nice, but about the same quality as others I looked at. Moving up from the south, I understand that the rent here is what you have to pay for a nice place, but it isn't luxury.
The office staff is attentive and professional. The grounds are nice, the parking is OK - but it can be a long walk to your apartment depending on its location. You get one space and have to pay for the second ($75). If you want a storage room, that'll cost at least $20 extra per month.
The walls are too thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbor singing in the shower and talking. Moving into the place can be really difficult. I'm not moving the rest of my belongings in becasue I know I'm moving out at the end of my lease.
My ceiling leaked, but they responded very quickly and fixed it. It was professionally done and I haven't had any other problems.
I can't recommend the Met. because of the noise from the neighbors above (not their fault, necessarily - the construction is very poor). It's not the worst place I've lived, but not the best, either.
