The apartments are very nice and spacious. The 9 foot ceilings really help. They seem to be well constructed so far. I had a few problems when I first moved in, but I think that is to be expected in a brand new building. All problems were responded to immediately and professionally.

I love the assigned garage parking. No more shoveling my car out of snow to get to work in the winter! The amenities are amazing... the gym, the media room, internet cafe, billiard room, heated pool. All amazing, and well maintained.

The office staff is wonderful. Very responsive, and always happy to see me. Even the construction workers stop to say hi every morning!

One of the biggest advantages to this property for me was that it is very pet friendly. There are lots of dogs here, and someone is almost always outside with their pet. My dog has already made several new doggie friends to play with.

The only problem I have is that I hear every single thing my upstairs neighbors do. I can hear when they shower, and when they walk around, it sounds like a herd of elephants. They watch TV while they get ready in the morning, and it sounds like the TV is in *my* living room, not theirs. Unfortunately, they get up about an hour before I usually do, so I lose that hour of sleep most mornings. I hear everything so well that they may as well live in my apartment. I don't ever hear any noise from either side neighbor, or from the halls. Just from above. If I could do it all over again, I'd pay the extra money to live on the top floor, just to avoid having the noise every morning.

Overall, recommended.
