I just moved in to the Metropolitan, and immediately, I noticed the cheap construction and relatively poor customer service. At the expense of sounding like a broken record (read previous postings), I can hear everything that goes on in my neighbors apartments. While I certainly don't consider it a dreadful mistake, I believe that there must be much better apartments in the area.
