I have lived here since august of 2004 and have mixed feelings. I don't see the noise issue(I live on the 4th floor), I pretty much never hear my neighbors unless its the kids down the hall screaming and running when they get home from school. But otherwise, all my neighbors are quiet and respectful. I do think that the leasing office staff are all rude, not helpful and should all be fired. I had a problem w/ our patio door. I put in a maintainence call and got no answer, put in another maintainence call, still no response, called the office, still no response...personally stopped in and spoke w/ management, still.....no response..

So, I decided to write a letter to the Management Company on this issue to make them aware of the incompetent staff they have and to expedite this issue, (which I was now waiting a month for some type of resonse), and they forwarded to the property manager.

I finally got a response 6 weeks into this. It was a nasty letter basically accusing me of not calling on this maintainence issue and acting as if I made no effort w/ their office to get this fixed....yet still, no maintainence on this issue, and today...months later..the problem is still there and at this point, i would rather deal with the inconvenience of the issue than to deal with the staff...I am definately moving!...
