I've never had much of a problem with noise, but maybe I've lucked out by having quiet neighbors. I also haven't found the staff to be rude. They've always been friendly, polite, and helpful to me.

My major complaint is that, at any given time, something in the complex is broken. In the few months I've lived here, the garage gate has been broken several times, the key access to the building has never worked, the tv screens in the gym were broken for awhile, and the business office was closed for unknown reasons.

Overall, I think the good outweighs the bad, and after looking at most apartments around Herndon, you could do a lot worse.
