I wrote an earlier review and am updating it now that I am well into my lease.

Let me start off saying that the office staff and the grounds crew are quality. I do appreciate both. The two maintenance men need to go. The manager is very rude and doesn't return emergency calls. The other maintenance guy is sweet but I could do better maintenance than he does. I am still amazed by the lack of quality for the maintenance staff compared to the rest of the staff.

I am also very disappointed in my fellow residents who won't drop their trash down the trash chute - your mother doesn't live here - drop your own trash down! Gross people!

I wrote about parking and noise before and my opinion has not changed. Guest parking is terrible. I hate asking my guests with small children to park on Fox Mill and hike to my apt.

Some days I want to beg my parents for the money to break my lease because of the noise. I am losing sleep - literally - because of the never-ending noise. Upstairs neighbors do laundry in the middle of the night and downstairs neighbors play music to early morning hours. I can hear the couple upstairs fight and then make up. I am so tired that I am losing concentration at work.

How can apt complexes be built so completely different in the same county'''
