All I have to say is its seriously worth the penalty to break my lease. This is the most expensive cheap apartment I've ever had the misfortune to live in. If you move in, a few things you should keep in mind. Things are going to break...guaranteed. You're going to hear your neighbors walking around above you, using the bathroom, having sex...guaranteed. "Ample Parking" is a joke. There are so many cars parked around the complex that have expired tags and inspection stickers and haven't moved in months that you'd think you were looking for parking in a junk yard. Good luck trying to deal with management. They'll tell you anything they think you want to hear, yet never act on any of it. There's always some wonderful excuse why something's not working or never gets done. Please, take my advice, do yourself a favor, and keep on looking.
