We recently vacated this place- thank God! The complaints I?ve read so far about the noise, parking, and office staff are absolutely accurate. Find something else!!! Everything is so cheap. This is the worst place we've ever lived in: quality of the building, noise, parking, and service levels.

Beware if you want to brake the lease ? make sure you have them give you something in writing that they will not double-rent the apartment. In other words, charge you for the remainder of the lease, even though you don?t live there anymore, and rent the apartment for the same timeframe to someone else. Double-renting the apartment is illegal, but companies still do it.

Another thing that KSI likes to do is change the carpet, even though is not necessary, and have the former tenant pay for it. They say the carpet has been damaged beyond repair. They charged us over $680 for replacing the carpet for no reason at all. We had no pets, no kids, and no parties. And we worked most of the time. When we got the bill and I called to ask why the carpet has been replaced, one of the office staff said that she couldn?t find our paperwork because they had so many carpet changes lately. This company is dishonest.

If anyone else had problems with the carpet, would you please write a posting' I?ve heard someone else had the same problem at this complex.

When you break the lease, you are legally responsible for paying for the remainder of the lease term. You signed a contract and actually are liable to pay the ammount for the full twelve months whether you have been there for one month or eleven. It is state law. Ask a real estate lawyer or a Realtor, they'll tell you the same

Most communities offer lease breakage options, such as one or two months rent and a rent responsibility period(usually 30-60 days) from the receipt of written notification that you intend to leave.

You are breaking a contract, not leaving a hotel.
