I read the comments on here, and I don't encounter the same noise issues. My upstairs neighbor doesnt tip toe around, but the noise I have encountered is no worse that when I lived at another new apartment community next door! I get great service from the staff. The staff knows me by name, and lets me know everytime I have packages, since FEDX doesnt seem to leave parcel slips anymore. I have had no bad experiences so far. I dont have a pet, so I havent encountered extra fees.
