I've lived here for six months and I've had nothing but positive experiences.

I've heard my neighbors once when they were playing ping pong. So either they don't have sex or I can't hear it.

The place is secure to a fault. God help you if you forget your card and it's late at night with foot traffic. No one is getting into the place without a sledgehammer and blowtorch.

Resident parking is fine as everyone has assigned parking. I recently decided against throwing a party for a small group of friends because of the limited visitor parking, but it is hardly something that affects me on a day to day basis.

The maintenance staff has been very responsive in my experience with hardly six hours going by between when I call something in and their initial visit. One time my microwave broke and they brought one up from their shop so I'd have one for the six days it would take to have mine repaired.

As for the office staff, I've had nothing but pleasant experiences.

The place isn't cheap, but quality rarely is.
