The carpet they use apparently has a life time of 5 years. We recently moved out after living there for 2 years. The carpet didn't last beyond the first few months - especially the heavily used sections - living/dining/bedroom. The carpet amount was prorated and I ended up paying about $1000 for the carpet change. Total rip off in my opinion. So, watch out for this. There are also few pet owners who don't clean up behind their dogs - a huge nuisance.

Also, its a tight fit to park your second car or visitor's cars. There's also no children's play area (but we could mooch off the play area of the adjacent Town home or the school's play area across the road). The noise level could be bad especially if there are kids in the house. The rent also seem to be sky rocketing off late. For the same rent, one could look to rent town homes in Herndon/Sterling area.

Otherwise, the leasing staff were very professional & friendly.
