For the price, I think better apartments can be found elsewhere. These are the noisiest apartments I've ever lived in, as you can hear everything your neighbors are doing...But then again, maybe we just have particularly rude and noisy neighbors all around. The apartments look nice, but the quality in the construction is not as good as it would seem at first glance. The floors creak all around our apartment even though the complex is only four years old at most. Maintenence is slow when it comes to the more complex issues. Little things get taken care of pretty quickly. The area is not as secure as they would seem. Although there are secured gates and doors(that always seem to have problems closing/locking entirely), anyone can simply hop over the low railing on the first floor in the courtyard to get into the hallways. The scenery/landscaping leaves much to be desired, unless you like staring at other apartments or the parking garage. There is little in the way of grass/lawn/plants, however there's a cute playground/grassy area in the townhome complex next door. The courtyard collects water when it rains. Parking can be problematic if you have more than one car. People fly around the corners of the parking garage while honking or while not, and also speed through the parking lot surrounding the complex. Expect problems with deliveries as anyone without a remote can't get through the doors(unless of course they're left slightly ajar). The regular mail carriers don't bother to deliver your packages...so expect that any package delivered by the USPS will have to be picked up at the post office, if you're even notified of an attempted delivery. The people in the leasing office only answer the phone about half the time, but when they do, they're usually pretty helpful and accomodating.
