I've lived in these apartments for nearly a year now and if it weren't for rent being insanely high, they would be almost bearable. However, for $1600 a month for a small 2 bedroom, I expected better.

The office staff is very pleasant for the most part, and I haven't had any issues with them. Don't expect them to bend over backwards for you, but they're professional.

It's great having a parking garage for keeping your car out of the weather, but it's not so great having cars zoom by beeping their horns 20 feet from your windows no matter what floor you're on. People tend to go way too fast in the community and especially in the garage. I've had a number of near accidents when someone came tearing around the curve without bothering to stay on their side of the road or watch where they were going. Also, if you have more than one car you can either buy a spot on the roof or park out on the main street, away from the complex.

The construction quality is probably the worst I've ever seen in an apartment. The walls and ceilings are paper thin, and I can hear my neighbors to both sides and above pissing, burping, walking, talking, using their microwave and sometimes I could swear I hear them breathing... it makes it difficult to relax or feel like you have any amount of privacy.

The complex was kind enough to install garbage chutes on each level of the parking garage just outside of the stairwell, which is excellent when you can get to them. Unfortunately, some of my fellow residents are so god damned lazy that they can't open the chute and put their trash in. They also feel that it's fine to leave boxes far too large for the chute just outside instead of taking them down to the dumpsters, I'm certain because "someone else will clean it up". Thanks guys.

Maintenance is pretty mediocre. They took care of some of our issues after a wait of 1 week to a month, but some issues we've reported multiple times over the year we've been here and they've never been taken care of. I don't want to know how much extra we've paid to the electric company because of our non-sealing doors.

If you don't care about your privacy, have money to blow and only have one car which you're not terribly fond of, then by all means... this is the place for you. It's a shame that it was so shoddily constructed and the neighbors are inconsiderate, because otherwise it would be a decent place to live.
