The apartment is nice, 2 rooms 2 bathrooms... very comfortable.. too expensive for not being completelly finished.. $1650...
The garage was indeed broken into, and I was soooo lucky because my car was parked in the top floor next to the ones that were broken in, so it could easily had been me. One of the guys whose car was affected, left a letter detailing what had happened and to encourage people to write to the leasing office about getting a security system. They said that cameras havent stop crime from happening and that thiefs destroy them anyway, and that having a garage didn't mean it was secure, but that it is there for the "convenience" of the residents. So I think to myself, what is the purpose of having a sensor key to open the garage, and what are the keys for' Might as well just have it open if is not for security reasons. Also, all the lights in the top floor parking have been out for weeks and weeks... pretty scary and makes it more appealing for criminals to go on bussiness.
In another note, The Met of Fairfax feels like a college dorm. I am pretty young myself but I do consider neighbors, because I know that they can hear me wakling, talking, playing, listening to music, etc. As well as I hear them. I hate it big time because sometimes it goes on during weekdays late in the night, and you know, most people got to work early in the morning (like myself and my husband)

So just consider this. It is not the worst place in the world but, not worth $1650 utilities parking spaces ...
