I lived in this apaertment, They just try to get more and more money out of you.You will get a single parking spot for a 2 bedroom house and then if you park in vistors(forget the tag) they will tow it. One of friend has been living for 3 years and last month he forgot to pay on 5th. on 6th when he paid they charged extra 150,and too a demand draft.The staff does not know anything other than this is a rule. I will not recommend anyone to this place.

Technically rent is due the first, however you have a five day grace period to pay it. Anything after the 5th would then be considered "late" and yes, as is standard policy, you would have to pay a late fee. No exceptions.

I think you are another idiot. and one of the greatest. Any lease aggrement has the rent to be paid from 1-5th. It was so funny to hear such a thing.

Uh....no. Rent is DUE ON THE IST. HOWEVER...they GIVE YOU 4 EXTRA DAYS TO PAY WITHOUT A LATE FEE. So the guy was complaining that they tacted on late fees after ONE DAY. NO. It was after 5 days. I CAN GUARENTEE THAT THE LEASE DOES NOT STATE "made payable ANY day from the 1-5th" But rather, "made payable on the 1st of each month" THEN something bout late charges being added aftet the fifth.
