As far as apartment complexes go, this one is very nice. The office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff is also nice and prompt with their service. Had a small water leak after business hours and the guy came in minutes!
Amenities are great and grounds are kept clean. Not to mention this complex allows animals. When I originally looked for a place, it was very hard to find a nice complex for a good price that also allows animals.. until I found the Met of FFX! Location is prime too. Close to anything you may need.
A few things that other reviewers had mentioned that might irk people:
Visitor parking is limited. But there's plenty of parking on the street which isn't far.
Faulty fire alarm sometimes goes off for no reason. However, they're doing testing later this week so hopefully they'll fix the problem!
Sometimes teens that don't live in the complex try to get into the clubhouse to use the computers.
I have only seen one car (in the almost two years I've been here) get vandalized. But c'mon people! Don't leave stuff sitting in your car! You deserve to have it get broken into if you keep your GPS up in the window, etc.
Anyway, I'm moving out of state soon and I'm actually sad to leave this wonderful apartment complex. I give it two thumbs up!

Anyone posting good things about this place works for Kettler....Guaranteed! This place sucks!
