Forget having company over!! There is absolutly no visitor parking and if you attempt to park in the visitor parking at the top of the garage without a tag....forget it. YOU WILL BE TOWED. The manager will tell you they will issue a tag and give you all the information about how to go about getting that tag after hours but they won't bring you one. They will tell you the visitors lot is full yet after multiple times of looking at the available spaces there were still about 5 or 6 parking spaces not being used. They will tell you to park in the street (which is not their designated parking) and if there is no parking available (wish is often the case) you are SOL because management doesn't care. They just want to $30 dollar you to death for everything!! Managment does not manage well when there is a problem. I even called multiple times on multiple occassions in order to have a tag issued to me and no one from the office will return a call. And they will tell you the tags have be previously issued but not put out letters of notification for the rest of the complex.

Also a couple of cars have been broken into while I've been her (less than a year). They constantly leave the garage doors open so anyone can get in and have access to your car. Managment will tell you that is not true and they are only open during the day when their maintanence staff is close by. However, we have witnessed on multiple occassions the garage doors open for long periods of time with no security in site.

I've had the dishwasher looked at multiple times becuase no matter what, it won't dry. The last time it was looked at, I came home to a note from maintanence that said that's just the way the dishwasher is and nothing they can do about it.

It's very loud! I can hear the people next door, down stairs, and upstaris talking as if they are just in the other room....can hear entire conversations.

Also fire alarms go off at 3:30 am twice and they expect you to get up with your sick children in the cold rainy weahter to stand out side until all is clear. After putting out letters saying they are suppose to be testing the alarms during that day they go off early am instead. Once I could understand, but this all happened both
times.

This is the first time I have ever had multiple complaints about an apartment complex after many years of living in them.

Everything this person says is 100% true...In my 1.5 years that I lived at this apt 7 cars were either broken into or completely stripped (including my own car)...I have never been so happy to have moved in my life!
