Living at Parkridge Gardens was probably the worst and most frustrating experience we've ever had.
It took management 3 months to fix our by water risen kitchen floor, the bathroom wall with chipped off paint, and the bedroom wall spotted with brown water mark from the roof that was leaking.
When management told us they were gonna call us back, they never did. When maintenance told us they'd be here by 9am, they'd be here at 3pm.
When they finally finished we were left with black spots on our carpet and the wall in the bathroom started chipping within a couple of weeks.
There have been nothing but lies and empty promises at this apartment complex.
The laundry facilities are disgusting; it smells, the floors are extremely dirty, cigarette buts are laying around, the washers and dryers don't work half of the time (unfortunately you don't discover that after you put in the money).
Parking is a nightmare; if you're not home by 7, you can count on parking your car half way across the property.
There are too many people walking around with unfamiliar faces and the police sits in the parking lot regularly.

Please stay away from this place if your bloodpressure is dear to you!
