I love my apartment because I live alone and it seems huge. Management has been extremely helpful to me. The price isn't that bad, but with the income bracket it makes it impossible to have a roommate. I think that it should be raised a little to at least $55,000 (for two) so that more people could have a roommate. Considering this place is suposed to be affordable living..two working people would have to make next to nothing just to get in, not to mention the utilitiy bills that are not included. As a recent college grad, with bills, bills, bills this would help.
