Cheap, noisy, bugs

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
Moved in over a month ago and new people moved in below that are incredibly noisy. Floor vibrates from music and can hear people outside talking (on 3rd floor). Bug problem in beginning, still got the exterminator coming but still slight problem. Cheap and great location with helpful managment finally (from past reviews, looks like they have new people that are more helpful)
